Ouch! Although historians debate whether or not heretic's forks were common means of torture for heretics in the 15th century, we here at O+R have determined that they serve as wonderful punishments for talkative subs in the modern era! When worn properly, the wooden tines of the zebrawood fork press uncomfortably into the skin of the neck and clavicle, forcing the chin upwards toward God. The neck band of the collar is constructed out of a supple, chrome-tanned pebble leather. This collar requires careful use— the fork is quite sharp, and unintentional movements may result in pain or injury.
For cleaning, saddle soap and a soft cloth should do the trick. All Octavius + Rhodes leather products come pre-conditioned with a beeswax rub, and respond well to an occasional conditioning every few months to retain their softness and keep from cracking.
No Octavius + Rhodes products are rated for suspension. Please practice safe play when using Octavius + Rhodes products.
